Komoditas perkebunan mempunyai prospek cukup baik karena cocok diusahakan diperdesaan dan memiliki nilai ekonomis yang tinggi sehingga mampu meningkatkan pendapatan petani memperluas kesempatan kerja diwilayah perdesaan. Tanaman nilam dikenal dengan nama patchouli oil merupakan tanaman penghasil minyak atsiri dipasar nasional maupun pasar internasional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui berapa besar tingkat penerimaan, biaya usahatani (Pogostemon cablin Benth) di Desa Simpang II Kecamatan Raya Kabupaten Banggai. Berdasarkan hasil penelian bahwa penerimaan sangat ditentukan oleh kecilnya produksi dihasilkan harga dari tersebut. Tingkat Banggai sebesar Rp. 10.458.000,00/0,80 ha. Biaya beban harus dikeluarkan tidak terlepas aktivitas kegiatan responden diperhitungkan. 4.384.791,67/0,80 Pendapatan selisih antara pada produsen atau besarnya dikurangi seluruh dikeluarkan.
